1. About us Luker-Arts Studio provides creative works including books, digital downloads, artwork, and membership access.
“Luker-Arts Press” is the publishing imprint.
L. J. Rigby is the author and artist behind Luker-Arts Studio.
2. Orders & payments
Prices are shown at checkout and may include taxes where applicable.
Payments are processed securely via our payment provider (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full payment card details.
3. Digital downloads
Digital products are provided as files or gated access.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the download for your own use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
You must not redistribute, resell, upload, share, or make the files publicly available.
4. Membership
Membership provides access to member-only content and/or benefits described on the membership page.
Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled.
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We may update membership content, benefits, or pricing. If pricing changes, it will apply at the next renewal and you can cancel before renewal if you do not wish to continue.
5. Intellectual property All content on this website—including text, artwork, illustrations, logos, downloadable files, and brand elements—remains the property of Luker-Arts Studio/L. J. Rigby (unless otherwise credited) and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
6. Physical items (if offered)
Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible. Colours may vary depending on your device display.
For originals/handmade items, minor variations are normal and part of the piece.
7. Third-party links and fulfilment Where we link to third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, Lulu), those platforms may have their own terms, delivery, and returns policies. We are not responsible for third-party service performance.
8. Website use You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access restricted areas without permission, or interfere with site security or functionality.
